Advertiser Terms

By purchasing an ad placement you agree to these terms with HYPPE TECH LLC.

• Placements are sold as flat-fee bookings for a fixed period (days, weeks or months) and are paid in advance.
• Every creative is reviewed before it runs. If we reject it and you don't submit a compliant version, we refund 100%.
• Impression figures shown at checkout are estimates from recent traffic and are not guaranteed.
• If a placement fails to serve because of our error, we extend the booking or refund pro rata.
• Cancel before the start date for a full refund. Elapsed days are not refundable.
• Ads must follow our ad policy and applicable law (including FTC rules). Ad links carry rel="sponsored".
• We may pause an ad that later violates the policy; unused days are refunded.
